Life is good!

We have had a fun filled weekend to say the least! Friday night we went up to my school for a carnival. We had a great time. Abby loved running around with her cousins. We also got to meet Tait, Josh and Ambyr's new addition. (of course I am jealous...what a silly question! I am trying to have faith that my "perfect" baby is not just ready for me yet!) Anyway, Tait is adorable and I wish Ambyr and Josh nothing but the best!

Then on Saturday we had the girls joint birthday party at Chuck-e-Cheese. We had a lot of fun! We have such great friends and family! I can't believe Abby is 4 years old already. Time really flies!





Today is Abby's actual birthday! We play and play and played outside in the water , on our bikes, and with bubbles!! The weather was beautiful today. Tiff and I cleaned out the garage while the kids played with our neighbor Sophie. What a great weekend. Although, I have to say.....I am soooo tired!!

Busy Beavers!

Hi everyone! It has been forever since I have blogged! Things have been just crazy around here. Brianna just turned 3 years old and Abby will be 4 on Sunday. Brianna's birthday was fun. We had Grandparents and our neighbors over for a BBQ. Brianna had a great time.



Abby thought she would give drinking a try! Just kidding...she is so curious though. What is this papa bear??

I can't believe Abby is actually turning four! Where has the time gone? The girls will have a joint party on Saturday at Chuck-e-cheese. It was definitely not my choice. Abby kept bugging me and finally I gave in...lol Should be fun. Abby will love it!

I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day! I actually had to go to school this weekend. It was not fun. I really wanted to be home with Abby on Mother's day! :( But we got out at 4:00, so we went over to my mom's house. It was nice. I feel so blessed to have such a great family!

Look how big my niece is getting. She is over 3 months old now. She is such a happy baby! I get smiles like this all the time!


Abby has decided she wants to try soccer again. Hopefully this time things will go better. She HATED it the first time. She was only 2 1/2 last time, now she is 4, so it should be better! :)

They grow up so darn fast!!

Where do the years go? I can't believe how big the girls are getting. Everyday, they say and do things that just blow my mind. Abby can manipulate the computer like you wouldn't believe.


I bought a bike at the consignment store that was supposed to be for her birthday but the weather has been so nice, that I couldn't wait. I gave her the bike last week...lol Luckily, I paid for the bike with store credit. I am horrible at keeping secrets. It was killing me to know that she has a new bike waiting for her and I had to wait 2 months...lol Anyway, she loves it!!!



Abby also LOVES boys. This is Cooper. He is her prince. I think I am in big trouble when she gets older!!!

On one hand I can't wait to see what Abby grows up to be. What kind of a woman she will turn into. But on the other hand, everyday is slipping away and my baby is growing up way too fast!!

So, I am constantly trying to think of things to blog about that have nothing to do with Abby and I can't!! She is just such a big part of everything...lol Right now, she is throwing a fit in her bed because I would not let he have books in bed tonight. She has had a real attitude lately and even through her books across the room yesterday. I am trying to be a strong mom and follow through with my warnings. She is begging "please mommy, please"...it is so hard to say no to her. But that is why she has had an attitude lately! Be strong Michele...be strong!

I am making a little bit of a change in my career...and I am really nervous! I am switching from 2nd grade to 1st grade next year. It will be a big change. They are such babies and can't do anything independently! But I am also very excited. It should be very rewarding!!

We went to Burger King this last weekend and took some pictures. They love to play on the slides and tubes. It is fun to watch them!





Abby has also taken a liking to my ipod. She loves to hold the headphones to her ears and sing along to my music. I have decided to get her her own childs version of an ipod for her birthday (May 17th). She will be so thrilled!

Crazy cats!!

Have you ever seen a cat beg for food? Zeke is a total begger! This cat will beg for your food and even steal right off your plate. He stole bacon from my plate once!




The cats have also been scratching their claws on the carpet, so we bought them a scratch pad (with cat nip...lol) Jonas LOVES it! He rolled his whole body on it, scratched it, and then laid stoned out of his mind for about 30 minutes...LOL it was hysterical!! These cats make me laugh! :)

Dancing Queen!

Abby's first session of ballet is over and she loved it. It is actually the first time, she enjoyed an activity and asked me to sign her up again. So, I signed her up for another session which starts next week. Anyway, we were able to watch her last class and it was so cute. She did such a great job. I was very proud of her!

Welcome to our family Alexandra Briann!

My brother Brian and his wife Jan gave birth to my first niece, Alexandra Briann last night at 3:05am. She is 7lbs and 19.5 inches. And of course adorable! Mom and baby are both doing great. We are truly blessed!
